How it Works
Your second visit takes 60 minutes and Carolyn will go over which foods should be added to your diet and which foods you should stay away from. She will provide you recipes, custom menu plans and will support you in learning how to prepare new foods.
Subsequent visits allow Carolyn to support you in the changes that you are making, and to monitor whether your symptoms have subsided. Carolyn might suggest nutritional supplementation, an exercise strategy or ways to improve your sleep habits. She will also encourage you stick with and be accountable to your new eating habits.
Carolyn is a mother of 5 amazing kids, loves to exercise, adores outdoor adventures with her husband and is the creator of the “Smoothie Pie” recipe.
