Frequently Asked Questions
What are the clinic hours?
The clinic is open Sunday 10am-1pm, Mondays & Thursdays 9am-4pm, Tuesdays & Wednesday 9am-9pm, and Friday 9am-2pm. Our practitioners work at different times and have varying amounts of availability each week.
How much do services cost?
Fees vary depending on the practitioner, their experience and qualifications, and the type (and in some cases length) of treatment. Please contact the office for more information.
Do you offer a sliding scale for therapy?
We do not offer a sliding scale; however, our Psychotherapy Interns provide therapy at a significantly reduced rate. Psychotherapy interns are students in a Masters’ Degree Program in Counselling who are supervised by a Senior Therapist with more than 10 years of clinical experience.
Are your services covered by insurance?
That depends on your policy. Insurance coverage varies widely depending on what – and how much – your workplace wants to offer. We suggest checking your policy to see what you’re covered for and going from there. The services we provide are certainly covered (at least in part) by some plans.
Do you direct bill insurance?
We are able to direct bill for certain types of services, including Naturopathic Medicine, Registered Dietitian Services, Massage Therapy & Chiropractic.
We are limited, however, at this time to only be able to direct bill to the following insurance companies (we will be adding more over time):
- Canada Life
- Manulife Financial
- Sun Life Financial
- BPA – Benefit Plan Administrators
- Canadian Construction Workers Union (C.C.W.U.)
- Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan
- D.A. Townley

- LiUna Local 183
- LiUna Local 506
- Maximum Benefit
- People Corporation
- TELUS AdjudiCare
- RWAM Insurance Administrators

- UV Insurance
Clients are required to pay any co-payments for these services, as well as any services denied by your insurance company.
Which services are currently being offered in person?
As of September 1st, 2021, all services are being offered in person. Virtual options are still available for Therapy, Nutrition Services, Life Coaching and Naturopathic Medicine.
Where is the office?
We are located at 778 Sheppard Avenue, Suite #103, on the main floor of a condo building at the corner of Sheppard and Goddard. Please note the only entrance is the one facing Sheppard Avenue; there is no access from the condo entrance at the back of the building.
How can I contact you?
You can reach us at 647-347-5000 or by emailing [email protected]
Is there free parking?
There is plenty of free parking in the back of our building. Those spots have a one-hour limit so we recommend parking on a side street if you know you’ll be at the clinic for longer than that.
What ages do you see?
We see adults, ages 16 and up.
What are you doing about COVID?
We follow all health guidelines recommended by the Toronto Public Health Department. The office is cleaned daily, masks are worn by all staff and clients, and screening protocols are in place.
Integrative – or holistic – health refers to the fact that we:
Assess your physical concerns, emotional & mental challenges and your relationships
Provide a variety of treatment options, including alternative and complementary, and coordinate care
Create a true connection with you as the client and include you in every decision about your care.
