Common Questions About Our ADHD Care
Can you complete school or work accommodation forms?
Depending on the forms required and whether the criteria for a diagnosis have been met, the Nurse Practitioner may be able to assist with completing specific documents. Please note that this may involve a fee or take place during a follow-up appointment. To access this care, an initial mental health assessment is necessary. If you're seeking support for ADHD, having a formal diagnosis report will be helpful. If you don't have this report, we can begin with a comprehensive ADHD assessment to ensure you receive the appropriate support.
Are you able to prescribe medication if I am diagnosed with ADHD?
The Nurse Practitioner is able to prescribe and assist with medication management. A current - or recent - blood pressure and heart rate reading is necessary to access this care. This may be completed in-person at our office, or through your local pharmacy if your appointment is taking place virtually.
Are ADHD services covered by OHIP?
Unfortunately, our services are not covered by OHIP but they may be covered by your private health insurance plan.
Do I need a referral?
You do not need a referral to access services at Dynamic Health Clinic. We make it easy for you to get the care you need without any extra steps.
What are the costs to access ADHD treatment at your clinic?
A 90 minute appointment for thorough assessment and diagnosis costs $495. Ongoing follow up and support appointments can ran from $95 to $225.
Does your clinic offer financing? 
Yes, we offer financing through Medicard. Ask our support team for more details! We are proud to offer this service in support of making holistic health more approachable and achievable.
Do you offer assessments for children?
Yes. We offer ADHD assessments for ages 7 and up.
