Why did I decide on my current profession?

I am passionate about health and wellness! I have always believed that the best way to improve physical and mental health is through an integrative approach.  I became a Naturopathic Doctor so I could spend quality time with my client, helping them achieve happier and healthier lives. 

What do I like most about what I do?

I love helping people unlock their own vitality, empowering them to be happier and healthier.  

What does integrative wellbeing mean to you?

It means using different modalities, together to get the client to the best possible outcomes.  The reality is most people need a number of different health care providers to support them.  Its this team approach that enables them reach optimal health and wellness

What do you want your clients to know about you and what it’s like to work with you?

That I am here with you through this journey, supporting you.

What excites you about mental health?

There are so many advances being made on a daily basis. We are learning more and more and growing in our approach to treatment.

What do you want to say to someone struggling with mental illness or emotional difficulty?

We are here to help you find a solution.  A team based approach is the best way to improve your mental health and we are set-up this up for you.  I truly believe this is the future of health care.

What’s your favourite quote or personal mantra?

I can do hard things.  This helps me stay motivated and reach for the stars!

What’s your favourite hobby or past time?

I love long walks with my dog Otis.  I love being surrounded with nature, I find it therapeutic and meditative. 

What’s your favourite book or topic to read?

I love fiction and usually pick books recommended to me by friends or “Reese’s book club”

What’s your favourite drink and how do you take it?

Coffee! A Cafe Barista is my absolute favorite with a splash of cream

What are your top 3 go to self-care activities?

  • Meditation every morning
  • Weight training 
  • Bubble bath
