How it Works
Each session is 60 minutes in length and allows you to explore the current challenges you are facing and to develop both short term and long term goals you want to achieve. We work together to navigate through the process of self-discovery and help you overcome obstacles that are interfering with your goals. After each session you are given action steps to follow, and subsequent sessions will help evaluate and continue to work towards your ongoing success.
During your care I may refer you to other team members or services that can help you achieve your unique goals. For example, I may suggest you receive counselling from our Registered Dietician, or that you see our Naturopathic Doctor to address physical health concerns.
