Many clients are faced with life challenges such as stress, grief, shame, change, family/relationship issues, or mental health concerns. Our greatest challenges may take time to explore and accepting them can be difficult. However, in exploring these concerns, other elements of our lives can begin to unfold. Through authentically engaging with our hardship in a safe therapeutic environment we encounter an opportunity to transform our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with our environment.
I believe in a therapeutic rapport based in trust, compassion, openness, and non-judgment. I follow you at the pace that feels comfortable to explore your concerns, collaborate on your goals for therapy, and offer invitations to reflect on your own experience.
