Are you struggling in relationships? Do you have automatic negative thoughts that get in your way? I help clients struggling with anxiety to develop self-compassion and learn how to set healthy boundaries. Finding personal stability and empowerment through self-exploration and accountability is something that I am passionate about.

What do I like most about what I do?

Dynamic Health Collaborative

Being a witness to transformation. Together with my clients, we explore the root of their survival mechanisms and develop empathy and compassion for their past selves. With this newfound awareness, new patterns of interaction with internal emotions and external relationships begin to emerge. Grounding techniques, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and humor are all ingredients in this journey towards an expanded sense of self.

What does integrative wellbeing mean to you?

Integrative health is an individualized and client centered approach that combines and coordinates treatments from both conventional and complementary healthcare practitioners to reach maximum outcome results in the care of the client as a whole person.

What do you want your clients to know about you and what it's like to work with you?

I am supportive, compassionate, and understanding. I work with my clients to create an environment of safety, authenticity, and trust.

What excites you about mental health?

I am excited about the ability one has to overcome obstacles and make deep and lasting changes, as well as the power of consciousness.

My clients will tell you that I’m empathetic, understanding, and I know how to listen. They may also say that they come away with new insights that shine a new light on their inner world and practical tools to start making changes in the present.
