Are you struggling with ADHD?  Are you committed to setting goals for yourself and developing more self-awareness? I am here to help you dig deep and develop new, healthier habits and coping skills. With empathy and respect, I show you compassion and can help you understand the brain-body connection. I want to make sure your unique needs are met in the therapeutic process and make sure to set the stage for an inclusive, client-centered, and safe dialogue.

Why did I decide on my current profession?

Dynamic Health Collaborative

Through my undergraduate studies in psychology and lived personal experience, I decided that helping others navigate their behaviors and struggles is my calling. I understand how trauma affects the body and it’s my biggest honour to be able to help others achieve stability, self-compassion and connection with others.

What do I like most about what I do?

Dynamic Health Collaborative
  • Creating safety and meaningful connections with people.
  • Being a part of someone’s journey and watching them begin to understand themselves more and thrive in their life.
  • Celebrating clients’ successes and strengths and ensuring they know they have someone they can trust when they are at their lowest.

FAQ with Kaleigh

What does integrative wellbeing mean to you?

It means blending the entire human system together; creating an understanding of how the brain & body are connected; and re-connecting people to their true selves using different disciplines and healthcare specialities.

What do you want your clients to know about you and what it's like to work with you?

I will never judge you. I will make it my working mission to help you see the areas of your life where you shine bright. I want therapy to be a place of openness where you can be yourself. I like to use humour in sessions and make appointments as comfortable as I can- based on your needs. If something isn’t working, please tell me. If you want to see more of something, please tell me. I am here for you.

What excites you about mental health?

I’m excited about the way it is evolving and becoming more accepted. There is so much change, research and growth in mental health care, and I hope to be part of that. I am especially excited to see how ADHD research changes and ADHD can be more understood by the world.

What does integrative wellbeing mean to you?

Integrative wellbeing means feeling energized and strong in your body, it means feeling at peace in one’s thoughts and emotions, and it means feeling strong connections to those around you.

What do your clients say about you?

They say that I am empathetic, I am caring, and I make them feel comfortable.

What do you want to say to someone struggling with mental illness or emotional difficulty?

It can get better. If you can keep fighting and reach out for help, you can begin to find peace over time. Be patient and kind with yourself and trust that you are meant to do great things and have a place in this world.
