Integrative wellbeing means a holistic approach to understanding the many factors that influence the make-up of our personality, and learning how to create more security within ourselves.
What do you want your clients to know about you and what it's like to work with you?
I want my clients to know I am compassionate and empathetic and I am on your team and here to help support you as best I can. I work from a non-judgemental perspective with the understanding that we all struggle from time to time and there can be healing and moving forward even in the darkest of times.
What excites you about mental health?
I am excited to share the knowledge that change is possible and we all have the ability to heal from even the deepest of scars. I hope that my clients can feel my warmth, my care, and my professionalism. I hope they know I am there for them without judgement or criticism, and that together, we can create a partnership to earn more security and peace.
