What would a typical session involve?
Each session is 45 minutes long and allows you to present a topic for reflection. The coach will make sure you stay focused in the session and achieve the purpose for which you attended the session. A lot of emphasis will be placed on identifying and helping you draw on your unique set of strengths.
How is coaching different than therapy?
While counselling tends to focus on addressing the client’s present-day issues related to their past, coaching tends to focus on goal setting and attainment and only references the client’s past insofar as it serves the dialogue to move past present day roadblocks.
