What do we recommend?
Foods that are as close to their natural state as possible and minimally processed. These include; fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds and legumes. Whole foods are high in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytochemicals. We also recommend the foods that are best for your unique body type and lifestyle.
What would a typical session involve?
We will discuss your current health concerns and eating habits. We want to know which foods you are choosing, how often you are eating and how much you are eating. We want to know if any food affect your digestion and might have you journal any reactions that you notice.
