Toronto Mental Health Services
If you’re dealing with mental health issues or emotional difficulties that you don’t know how to solve or aren’t improving through conventional channels, you’ve come to the right place.
As practitioners we believe wholeheartedly – and have seen firsthand – that healing doesn’t happen in silos. Yet our traditional mental healthcare system does – which is why so many people feel stuck, unsure and/or frustrated and why Dynamic Health exists.
Collaborative Mental Health Pathways
Whether it’s anxiety, trauma, stress, depression or a deep desire to feel healthier and prevent illness, we are here to help. Our proven and unique programs have been designed to get to the bottom of your symptoms.
Through a unique ‘integrative’ approach to mental health, we:
- Connect the dots between what’s going on in your body and your mind.
- Leverage both traditional and complementary treatments
- Provide the right treatment(s), delivered by the right practitioner(s) at the right time
- Centre YOU in every decision about your care
We offer a wide variety of traditional and complementary services, as listed below — plus packages that include multiple services because sometimes more than one practitioner is needed to get to the root of your issues.

Mental Health Service Types
Psychotherapy

Naturopathic Medicine
Our Naturopathic Doctor’s can conduct advanced brain health testing, hormone testing and vitamin panels. Different treatments offered include clinical nutrition, botanical remedies, IV therapy, acupuncture and more.
General Questions
What are the clinic Hours?
The clinic is open Sunday to Thursday. Our practitioners work at different times and have varying amounts of availability each week.
Are your services covered by insurance?
That depends on your policy. Insurance coverage varies widely depending on what – and how much – your workplace wants to offer. We suggest checking your policy to see what you’re covered for and going from there. The services we provide are certainly covered (at least in part) by some plans.
Do you direct bill insurance?
No, unfortunately we cannot directly bill your insurance company for services rendered. Services must be paid upfront by the client and a detailed receipt with the practitioner licence number is provided to you so that you may submit that to your insurance company.
Do you offer a sliding scale for therapy?
We do not offer a sliding scale; however, our Psychotherapy Interns provide therapy at a significantly reduced rate. Psychotherapy interns are students in a Masters’ Degree Program in Counselling who are supervised by a Senior Therapist with more than 10 years of clinical experience.
Where is the office?
We are located at 778 Sheppard Avenue, Suite #103, on the main floor of a condo building at the corner of Sheppard and Goddard. Please note the only entrance is the one facing Sheppard Avenue; there is no access from the condo entrance at the back of the building.
How can I contact you?
You can reach us at 647-347-5000 or by emailing [email protected]
Is there free parking?
There is plenty of free parking in the back of our building. Those spots have a one-hour limit so we recommend parking on a side street if you know you’ll be at the clinic for longer than that.
What ages do you see?
We see adults, ages 16 and up.
What are you doing about COVID?
We follow all health guidelines recommended by the Toronto Public Health Department. The office is cleaned daily, and masks may be worn by staff at the request of clients.
