Adina Eisenberg MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker
I chose this work because I’m deeply interested in how people experience their inner world—especially anxiety, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, and the feeling of being stuck or disconnected from oneself. I believe therapy is most helpful when it creates space to slow down, understand these patterns with curiosity, and develop a more compassionate and trusting relationship with yourself. I believe that being listened to with care and without judgment can be deeply healing, and that meaningful change often begins with feeling safe enough to be honest. Clients can expect a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative approach. I work at your pace and focus on increasing emotional awareness, reducing self-judgment, and building the ability to tolerate difficult feelings with more clarity and compassion, rather than pushing them away. Our work may include exploring inner conflicts, understanding unhelpful thinking patterns, learning how to relate differently to emotions, and making choices that align with your values. I use an integrative approach drawing from various therapeutic modalities with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, resilient, and able to navigate life with greater clarity and self-understanding.
