Maytal Oziel, RP (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I chose this work because I have always been deeply interested in understanding people, their stories, struggles, and the patterns that shape how they see themselves and the world. Over the years, I have seen how therapy can create powerful change when clients feel genuinely seen and heard. My goal as a therapist is to provide a space where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, gain self-awareness, and reconnect with their strengths. I am particularly drawn to helping individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, guiding them toward clarity and greater self-compassion. When working with me, clients can expect a collaborative and compassionate approach. I draw from narrative, psychodynamic, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) modalities to help clients make sense of their experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. My sessions are grounded in empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. I believe in meeting clients where they are while helping them discover what is possible. Whether we are unpacking the past, managing present challenges, or envisioning the future, my goal is to help each person feel empowered and understood on their journey of growth.
