Nancy Falkenberg, RP

Registered Psychotherapist

I was drawn to psychotherapy work out of a genuine care for others, curiosity about human resilience and a strong belief in the power of connection. I’ve seen firsthand, both personally and professionally, how a safe, non-judgmental space can be the catalyst for profound change. It has been inspiring to see how increased self-awareness effects trust, vulnerability and resilience, and to witness people move from a place of distress to increased clarity and hope. My approach is client-centered and we will work together as a team to learn about unresolved life challenges and struggles, and how these influence daily life. You can expect me to be an active listener who also provides evidence-based strategies, gentle challenges, and practical tools so that you leave sessions with a greater sense of self-awareness, self-compassion and a better understanding of how to navigate life more effectively.
